Terms of Service

By using the Luna.ai Discord bot ("Luna", "the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country) to use Luna, consistent with Discord's own Terms of Service.

Luna is a collectible creature-catching and battling game that runs inside Discord. It tracks your progress, creatures, items, and gameplay state across participating Discord servers. Luna is provided "as-is" and may change, be paused, or be discontinued at any time.

Your Luna account is linked to your Discord user ID. You are responsible for keeping your Discord account secure. Actions taken through your Discord account are treated as your actions.

Luna uses Discord's native monetization system. All purchases are processed by Discord, not by us. Discord handles payment, tax, billing, subscription management, cancellation, and refunds. We never see your payment details.

• One-time purchases (gold, gems, slots, cosmetics, permanent perks) grant their benefit once.
• Subscriptions (Season Pass Plus, Season Pass Pro, Guild Unspawn Shield) provide benefits only while the subscription is active. When a subscription ends, its benefits stop.
• Virtual goods (gold, gems, items, creatures) have no monetary value, cannot be converted to real money or transferred outside Luna, and may be adjusted by us when required for balance, security, or bug correction.
• Refunds are handled by Discord per their refund policy. We cannot issue refunds directly.

You agree not to:

• Exploit bugs, duplicate items, or manipulate Luna's systems in unintended ways.
• Use automation, scripts, or macros to interact with Luna.
• Buy, sell, or trade Luna accounts or in-game items for real money outside Discord's checkout.
• Harass other players, impersonate staff, or misuse social features (trading, PvP, factions, friendship).

Violating these rules may result in warnings, temporary restrictions, rollbacks, or permanent bans.

Luna lets players name creatures and configure characters. By submitting content you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and store that content as part of running the Service. Do not submit content that infringes someone else's rights, is illegal, or violates Discord's Community Guidelines.

Luna uses AI image generation for creature visuals. Images created through gameplay events (Discoveries, breeding) are generated programmatically and are part of the shared game world; they are not exclusive personal works.

Your data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. In short, we store only what's needed to run the game (Discord IDs, game state, purchase records).

Luna is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, lost data, lost items, or lost progress.

We may suspend or terminate access to Luna for any user at any time, with or without notice, for violations of these Terms or Discord's Terms of Service. You may stop using Luna at any time; contact us to request data deletion per the Privacy Policy.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced in our Discord support server. Continued use of Luna after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
